We have now entered the Final Countdown… Less than one week to go before they arrive.  As you can see, she’s HUGE!  She’s very uncomfortable and has a hard time laying anywhere but the floor.  When she’s lying there, you can clearly see all the movement going on inside her.  Resting my hand on her side gets pokes within a few seconds.  I was able to get some video this week but today was the best day so far.  It’s so cool to see and feel.

Tomorrow is x-ray day!  I’m pretty sure that I’ll be posting a pic of the xray with the count before I’ve even left the vet office, so if you’re as excited as I am, you can check Facebook at about 3:00 for the news. Otherwise, I’ll be blogging here when I get home. I’m so excited to know how many there are so I can finish up final preparations this week.  I will begin taking her temperature 2x a day and looking for a drop in temp as a sign of the beginnings of labor.
