4/6/20 Happy 13th Birthday Roxie!!

13 years ago today, my red collar girl was born. A few months later, she came home to us and there began a journey into the Weimaraner world that has changed the direction of my life. Together, we got through a divorce, we learned to hunt, we co-founded Blue Weimaraner Club of America, fought for blue rights, showed the world that it’s possible to breed good blue dogs. We built a breeding program and made 33 families happy puppy owners. Many have gone on to be great hunters, performance dogs and pets. Some even went on to have babies of their own and continue to show the world what our beautiful blue dogs can do. Through the years she has never left my side and continues to be my guardian and friend. At 13 years old, I know that her time with me is limited but until then, I will cherish every moment and protect her from the Millie Monster beside her. Happy Birthday Mama Roxie.
